Thomas Lee Spainhoward, 60, Henderson, died Monday, June 4, 2012, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh. He was preceded in death by his father, Ethil Spainhoward, 1 Brother, 1 Sister. He is survived by: one daughter Leigh Ann Outlaw of Henderson, Mother Jewell Wright Spainhoward, 1 Sister Wanda Tornatta of Henderson, 2 Brothers: Joel Spainhoward and David Spainhoward both of Henderson, 2 Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews. There will be no visitation or services. Tomblinson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
