Tina L. Lee

Tina (Purdy) Lee, 51, of Slaughters, Ky passed away at Redbanks Colonial Terrace in Sebree April 6, 2019. She was born August 2, 1967 in Dunkirk, NY to Kenneth L. and Donna M. (Lilly) Purdy, Jr. She was preceded in death by her father, her brother Richard Purdy, and her grandparents. She is survived by her mother Donna Schweickert of Arizona, her Step mother Nancy Purdy of Slaughters, KY, son Richard Campbell of Evansville, IN, sister Stephanie Cook of Jasper, IN a brother Chris Goad of Slaughters, KY an aunt, uncles, nieces nephews, and cousins. There will be a graveside service Sunday April 14, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Springdale Cemetery in Sebree with Bro. John McCurry officiating.
