Tommy Douglas Swaffar

Tommy Douglas Swaffar, 72 of Slaughters, KY passed away Friday May 7, 2021 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN. He was a retired self employed concrete mason and of the Christian faith. He was born in Detroit Michigan on June 3, 1948 to the late Leon and Ida (Hammond) Swaffar. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter, Denise Swaffar and a sister Barbara Floyd. Tommy is survived by his wife;  Patti Jo (Greenfield) Swaffar, Daughter Regina (Tom) Sisk of Madisonville, KY, son Brandon Douglas Swaffar of St. Clair Shores, Michigan, and four grandchildren; Blayne, Robert, Shawn, and Taylor. Services will be held at a later date. Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel is handling arrangements. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the American Kidney Foundation or any Veterans organization.
