Trilby Lou Dame, 77, of Hanson, passed away on Friday, May 1, 2015 at Baptist Health in Madisonville. She was born on July 11, 1937 in Hanson, Ky to the late Arden and Evadine Rickard Brown. She was a retired bus driver and most recently worked with Kenergy Electric in Hanson. She was a member of Slaughters United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Calbert Dame, her brother, Calvin Brown, and grandson Michael Steele. She is survived by her children, Teresa (Bruce) Benson of Slaughters, James C. (Cindy) Dame, Neal (Karin) Dame, and Scott Dame all of Hanson. Her sister Dianna Lacy of Madisonville, grandchildren, Jennifer Doyle, Jeremy Benson, Kristi Dame, Kyle Dame, Jesse Dame, and Kevin Steel, ten great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Services will be on Monday, May 4, 2015 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Slaughters-Hanson Chapel at 2 p.m. with Brother Jim Keegan officiating. Burial will be at Slaughters Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Monday from 10 a.m. until service time. Pallbearers will be Kyle Dame, Jesse Dame, Jeremy Benson, Jason Doyle, Keven Steele, Brett Sizemore, and Joseph Downey. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Slaughters United Methodist Church or Slaughters Cemetery.
