Verble Lizzie Jobe Durbin, 98, of Evansville, IN passed away Sunday, January 14, 2018 at Good Samaritan Health Center.She was born May 8, 1919 in Nortonville, KY to the late Fred and Sarah McCormick Jobe.  She worked as a housekeeper for Deaconess Hospital. She was of the Pentecostal faith.In addition to her parents, Verble was preceded in death by her two sons, Freddie Seaton and Michael Seaton; two daughters, Gayle Elizabeth Seaton and Barbara Barrow; four brothers, James Jobe, Sammy Jobe, R.D. Jobe and Gerald Jobe; four sisters, Goldie King, Liddie Basham, Clara Belle Melton and Coretta Majors.She is survived by six grandchildren, Charles Barrow, Jr. and wife Lisa of Evansville, IN, Chris Barrow of Wadesville, IN, Cheryl Stearns of Wadesville, IN, Gaylynn Reese of Poseyville, IN, Becky Rowe of Wadesville, IN and Jana Lynn of New York; one sister, Betty Jean of Massachusetts; several great grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.Services will be 1 PM Saturday, January 20, 2018 at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Sebree, KY with Bro. Dennis Mayfield officiating. Burial will follow at the Onton Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, January 20, 2018 beginning at 10 AM until service time at the funeral home.The family would like to thank the staff of Good Samaritan Health Center and Heritage Hospice for their exceptional care they provided to Verble.In lieu of flowers forms of sympathy can be made to the Susan G.
