Verna Mae (Floyd) Wedding, 74, of Sebree, passed away Thursday September 25, 2008 at Methodist Hospital in Henderson. She was born May 7, 1934 in Webster County, KY to Vaughn and Gustene (Watson) Floyd. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Raymond Lawrence Wedding, and a son Irvin Leroy Cobb. She is survived by 2 step sons: Jackie Wedding of Spottsville, KY James L. Wedding, Sr. of Evansville, IN 6 sisters: Iris Taylor of Sebree, KY Frances Russell of Evansville, IN Ruby Walker of Sebree, KY Joyce Taylor of Sebree, KY Maude Harmon of Sebree, KY Sue Bradley of Poole, KY 6 grandchildren Services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday September 27, 2008 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel. Dr. Bob Hardison will officiate. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery.
