Wanda A. Meuth

Wanda A. Meuth, 95, of Henderson passed away August 23, 2017 at the Lucy Smith King Care Center.  She was born July 27, 1922 in Centralia, IL to W.T. and Fern (Gastons) Wooters.  She retired from JC Penny’s after working for 20 years.  Wanda was a member of Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church in Smith Mills, KY.  She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Joseph William Meuth in March of 2015, son Eddie Castellari, 3 sisters and 2 brothers.  She is survived 2 sons, Joseph Lee (Jan) Meuth of SC and Richie (Sue) Meuth of Henderson, KY; one sister, Mary Ann Jeffries of Henderson, KY; 8 Grandchildren, 16 Great-Grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, August 26, 2017 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel.  Dr. Hollis Marshall will officiate.  Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be 3:00PM – 7:00PM Friday and 9:00AM until service time at the funeral home.  Pallbearers will be Joe Meuth, Paul Meuth, James Meuth, Michael Castellari, Billy Schwartz and Wes Bennett.  Expressions of sympathy take the form  of contributions to St. Anthony’s Hospice.
