Wanda Elaine Shelton

Wanda Elaine Shelton, age 82 of Sebree, Kentucky passed away peacefully at Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville on Saturday September, 21, 2024.

Wanda is survived by her husband of 67 years, Charles A. Shelton, her children: Debbie Griffee (Rob Wenderoth) of Sebree, Sonny Shelton (Linda) of Slaughters, Denise Dunn (Timmy) of Slaughters, Kim Basham (Tom) of Sebree, Scott Shelton (Tiana) of Sebree, Dennis Shelton (Karen) of Sebree. 3 sisters, Janice Hill of Dixon, Geraldine Tyler (Richard) of Sebree, and Elsie Clark of Hopkinsville. 14 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews also survive.

Although Wanda worked infrequently outside the home, her most prized accomplishment in her life was raising her six children.

Wanda was a member of the Sebree General Baptist Church.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday September 25th at Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel. Brian West will officiate..

Burial will follow in Springdale Cemetery in Sebree.

Visitation will be on Tuesday September 24th from 4:00 until 8:00 and Wednesday from 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Jared Shelton, Tim Dunn, Jr., Micah Dunn, Cody Shelton, Cameron Shelton and Collin Shelton.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital.
