William Thomas "Clay" Clayton Iii

William Thomas “Clay” Clayton III, 44 of Madisonville, KY passed away Wednesday August 16, 2023 at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville, KY with family by his side.

He was born in Henderson, KY on April 29, 1979 to William Thomas Clayton II and Angie (Spears) Clayton.

Clay was a supervisor at Clark Distribution in Madisonville. He was an avid golfer, collector of sports cards, comic books among other thing. Clay was a 1998 Graduate of Hopkins County Central High, He was devoted to his Niece and Nephews and loved his dog Brutus very much.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Texal Spears, Tommy and Gertie Clayton.

Father, Willie Clayton of Henderson, KY

Sisters; Summer (Chad) Burgett of Cadiz, KY

Twin Sister Jackie (Toby) Miles of Hopkinsville, KY

Grandmother; Hazel Spears of Ashbyburg, KY

Niece and Nephews; Mason (Katie) Burgett, Abi Burgett, Jordan Miles, J. T. Miles and Jonah Miles.

Services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday August 19 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel.

Joyce Wolfe will officiate.

Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery in Sebree, KY.

Visitation will be Saturday from 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Mason Burgett, Jordan Miles, J. T. Miles, Jonah Miles, Seth Spears, Ross Sizemore, Ryan Sizemore and Colin Garrett.
