William Earl Donahoo

William Earl Donahoo, 79 of Winter Haven, Fl and Sebree, KY passed away Thursday October 30, 2014 at Winter Haven Hospital. He was born in Webster County, KY on February 17, 1935 to the late John D. and Zelma (Fedrick) Donahoo. He was a member of Sebree First Baptist Church and a graduate of Sebree High School. Earl was owner and operator of Earl’s Key Markets in Sebree, Dixon and Sturgis for over 30 years and a self employed painter for 10 years. He served on the Sebree City Council for 14 years and was Mayor of Sebree for 2 years before having to resign due to his health. Earl was expecially proud of a scale model of downtown Sebree as it looked in the 1950’s which took him 4 years to construct. Since 1992 Earl and his wife Patricia have spent winters in Florida due to their health. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by an infant daughter; Twila Lynn Donahoo in 1960 and a sister; Ruby Jeanette Hunter. He is survived by his wife; Patricia (Crowley) Donahoo 2 children; Zoe Ellen Donahoo Stanley and husband Alan of Sebree, KY Gregory Earl Donahoo and wife Kelly of Bowling Green, KY 3 grandchildren; Elissa Michelle McBride and husband Terry Jr Michael Seth Stanley and wife Kimberly Rachelle Marie Donahoo and Andrew 6 great grandchildren; Sarah Elizabeth McBride, Terry Allen McBride III, Deanna Marie Stanley, Ronan James Stanley, Abigail Marie Dillon and Kobe Drake Dillon. 1 Brother; Jimmy Donald Donahoo of Sebree, KY 3 sisters; Marcell McHatton of Henderson, KY Carnetta Sue Bigers and husband Ronald of Slaughters, KY Marilyn Jane Stoutenburg of Dickson, TN Several Nieces and Nephews also survive Services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday November 6, 2014 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel. Kevin Royalty and Bro. Bob Hardison will officiate. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery in Sebree. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4:00 until 8:00 and Thursday 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Sebree First Baptist Church.
