William P. Jordan

William P. Jordan, 76, passed from this life on Wednesday July 13, 2016. He was born March 11, 1939 to James Edward and Dorothy Jordan. He retired from Alcan after 35 years. He was a was U. S. Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 34 years Elaine Jordan, 6 children; Troy Jordan and his wife Juli, Kitty Jones and her husband Larry, Jackie Crow, Stephanie Dugger and her husband Rick, Billy Halpin and his wife Joetta, Krystal Stone and her husband Craig, two brothers; Jerry Jordan and Sonny Jordan, best friend; Jim Fletcher, fur baby Axel Jordan (AJ), 16 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Tuesday at Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson. Pastor Nathan Whisnant will officiate. Visitation will be 4:00 PM-8:00 PM Monday and 8:00 AM until service time Tuesday at the funeral home. Graveside services will be 2:00 PM at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Military rites will be conducted by American Legion Worsham Post #40 Burial Detail. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the American Heart Association.
