William "Sonny" Winstead Grant

William “Sonny” Grant William “Sonny” Grant, 68 of Corydon died on Friday, October 17, 2014 at his home. He was born on April 15, 1946 in Webster County to the late Gobal Curtis Grant and Virginia Louise (Stone) Grant. He was a farmer for many years. He attended Evansville United Christian Fellowship Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Conway Grant and four brothers, Curt Grant, Frank Grant, Butch Grant, and Charlie Gibson, Sr. He is survived by his wife, Debbie Grant, daughters Anna (Brent) Steinwachs of Niagara, Loretta (Jeremy) Robbins of Corydon, and Margie (David) Rigsby of Morganfield, 3 sons Joe (Cindy) Fulcher Jr. of Robards, Mark Fulcher of Niagara, Chris (Tammy) Fulcher of Henderson, a daughter-in-law Jill Grant Goldsberry of Robards, sisters Barbara Martin of Corydon and Mary Lou Patterson of Henderson, brother Bob Grant of Indianapolis, IN, 22 grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Services will be on Tuesday, October 21, at 2:00 PM at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel with Brother Roger Willis officiating. Burial will be at Corydon Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday, October 20, from 4-8 PM and on October 21 from 10 until service time. Pallbearers will be Josh Grant, Paul Allen Gentry, Trace Grant, Chad Fulcher, Chandler Fulcher, and Lane Stienwachs. Honorary Pallbearers will be Larry Martin, Jacob Fulcher, Jackson Fulcher, Paul Ray Martin, Jr, Jacob Rigsby, and Tanner Grant. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Anthony’s Hospice.
