William Cliffton "Cliff" Thomas

William Cliffton “Cliff” Thomas of Henderson passed away at Redbanks Nursing Home in Henderson under the care of St. Anthony’s Hospice. He was born February 8, 1960 in Owensboro, KY to the late Clarence Edward and Alice Thomas. Cliff started in the very beginning with the Henderson Co. Archery Program and had coached for 14 years and also enjoyed hunting. He had retired from Gibbs. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Judy Thomas and Linda Clark. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Barbara “Susie” Thomas; two children, William “B. C.” Thomas II (Melissa) of Franklin, KY and James “Jimmy” Thomas of Henderson; one sister, Dianna Jones (Tommy) of Owensboro; two grandchildren, Emerson Grace Thomas and William “Trey” Thomas III; nieces and nephews, Amy Kurz (Mark), Tyson Jones, Tammy Clark, Jami Clark Winkler; special friends, Donnie and Marie Melton and daughter, Maggie Melton; several great nieces and nephews.
