He passed away Friday, February 3, 2023, at his home in Henderson, KY.

He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Jeffrey.

He leaves behind his mother; two sisters, Julie Kohlman (Greg) and Kathy King (Kevin); many nieces and nephews.

A private service will be held at a later date.
