Zachary Wayne "Zack" Whitfield

Zachary Wayne “Zack” Whitfield, 40, of Bowling Green, Kentucky passed away Sunday, December 25, 2022.

He was born in Henderson on June 3, 1982 to John and Barbara (Taylor) Whitfield.

Zack was a Class of 2000 graduate of Henderson County High School and a Western Kentucky University Graduate. He worked in Human Resources at a Bridge to Recovery. Zack enjoyed playing golf and was a UK Fan but most of all he loved his son.

Survivors include his parents John and Barbara (Taylor) Whitfield of Eddyville; one son Avery Whitfield of Elizabethtown; one brother Jason Whitfield (Toni) of Henderson; nieces Lucy and Mary Ellen, aunts, uncles, cousins and loving pet Alli.

Services will be 5:00 PM Tuesday January 3, 2023 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel with Heath Farmer and Jason Buckman officiating.

Visitation will be 1-5PM Tuesday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery in Poole.
