Zonia Belle (Riley) Scott

Zonia Belle (Riley) Scott, 76, of Evansville, formerly of Sebree, passed away Monday, January 4, 2021 at Braun’s Nursing Home in Evansville. She was born in Evansville on February 26, 1944 to the late McClellan Riley and Versa Mae (Pryor) Brown.Zonia was a seamstress for Carhartt for many years.  She was of the Baptist Faith and enjoyed fishing, camping and vacationing in Florida for the winter. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Billy Scott; 2 sons Anthony Scott and Marion Scott. Survivors include 3 children; Cynthia Berrong (Bruce) of Henderson, Ronda Elrod (Herman) Evansville, James Scott (Rita Gerger) of Henderson; 1 brother Jim Byers of Boonville, IN; 5 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at Springdale Cemetery with Bro. Dylan Zahn officiating. Tomblinson Funeral Home Sebree Chapel is handling arrangements.
